I also want to report that the Phix product is definitely doing something. I have had extremely painful, long & heavy menstrual cycles my whole life. I will be 52 in July. My cycle has stopped since I started Phix. I just got a very slight hint of blood today. I don’t know if it’s going to go into a full cycle of bleeding or not. Either way, this stuff is definitely working on balancing my hormones & I am very happy about it. If I am starting menopause, I am not having horrible symptoms. I am thrilled & will continue taking Phix every day. I have been dreading menopause because of my horrible history with my cycle. I don't just see weight loss, I see a positive postural change as well. Likely a byproduct of weight reduction off the front of the body, yet it's still a very good outcome.

As a neuromuscular therapist, I can't help but see posture and be aware of it's impact.

Two Weeks on Phix – My Honest Update!

Okay, so I wasn’t really expecting much, but WOW. The web-like floaters in my eye (from PVD) are gone. I don’t even know when they disappeared, I just realized one day they weren’t there anymore. I can finally sleep on my right shoulder again after almost two years! It’s not 100% perfect, but I can actually lay on it without pain now. My hair isn’t falling out anymore—there used to be so much in the shower, and now? Barely anything. It’s been getting better every single day. I also feel less uptight. Not saying I’m all Zen and stress-free, but definitely an improvement. My sleep is amazing. Seriously, I wake up actually feeling rested. And I’m down a few pounds, which is a nice bonus! My digestion is better, and for some reason, I’m actually craving fruits and veggies instead of junk. Who am I??
